These terms apply to this website and the Berkov Marketing Group LLC inquiry and appointment text-messaging program. A separate written agreement governs any paid marketing services.
Website inquiries
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to use. An inquiry or audit request does not create a paid engagement or guarantee a business result. The form currently opens an email draft; you must send that email to deliver your request.

Who sends messages and what they cover
Berkov Marketing Group LLC sends non-promotional texts about inquiries you initiate, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This program does not include advertising offers, promotional campaigns or texts on behalf of other businesses.
How you opt in
Enter your own mobile number, select the separate, optional text-updates checkbox on our inquiry form, and send your inquiry with that consent selection. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number or contacting us without checking it does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. You can use email instead.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, conversation and appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation of your request, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request that texts stop by contacting ori@berkov-marketing.com or (818) 629-4721. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a booked appointment.

Privacy and your number
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Notify us if you no longer control the number you provided.
Message delivery
Delivery depends on mobile-network availability and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service.
Updates and questions
